1. Eligibility for Returns

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • The product must be accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation.

Please note:

  • Products that are used, opened, or altered cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Some promotional items or gift items may be non-returnable (this will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase).

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Take clear photos of the product and its packaging.

3. Process for Returns

  1. Contact Saman via phone or email within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  3. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.

  4. Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will process the replacement or refund.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds usually take 7–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error or defective product.

5. Exchanges

  • If you want to exchange a product for a different size, color, or variant, please follow the same return process.

  • The replacement product will be shipped once the original item is received and verified.
